History

Established in 1999.

Cimarron Claims Service is the multi-​line adjusting firm for all claim needs. We operate in 38 of the 48 lower United States and are able to provide property, liability and auto appraising services. All claims are handled in a professional and customer focused way. Cimarron Claims utilizes the latest in estimating software and claims management technology so that our process is as efficient as possible.

My wife, Cheryl, and I started Cimarron Claims Service back in 1999. I had worked as an adjuster for many years before and truly enjoyed helping people who were in need. We decided we would like to expand our reach. More than 13 years later we operate in 38 states, and while the face-​to-​face satisfaction of helping people who have just experienced a loss may not be there, we couldn’t have imagined the number of lives we have been and are able to touch day-​by-​day. We are a customer-​oriented independent adjusting firm operating with the needs of the insured in mind. We understand the hardships one must go through before an insurance claim is filed and we treat each and every claim and insured with the same level of respect and dedication we would expect ourselves.
