History

Established in 1939.

An agent for Mayflower Transit, LLC since 1939, Accent Moving & Storage, Inc is focused on quality service. Now owned and operated by the third generation, this family business success is due to the team that serves our customers every day. It is our goal to do it right the first time, exceed the customer expectation and ensure they would recommend us to their friends & family. Originally named Tulsa Terminal Warehouse the business was located in the heart of downtown Tulsa at 7 North Detroit. Seth Davis bought the company only a couple of years after it was formed. He kept the company small but eventually brought in his son, Jack. Jack had a vision and a plan that helped grow the company. In 1976 Seth Davis passed away and Jack, along with his wife Joan, began to diversify the company into being more than a household mover. This was also the appropriate time to make the name change to Accent Moving & Storage, Inc. which reflected a better what services the company provides.

Together Jack & Joan spent 25 years managing the day to day operations of the company before passing it on in 1999 to their daughter, Jody. To date, Accent Moving & Storage continues to be diverse and successful company maintaining the standards and beliefs that are the foundation of the family and the business.
