Soothing Hands Massage By Eileen

Had an appointment on 6−23−15 at 6 p. m with Eileen. She emails me at 5 p. m telling me how her child got stung by a bee and she had to go to the emergency room. I was completely fine with that and don’t blame her for canceling. So she goes on and tells me how she doesn’t normally work weekends but she will give me a massage on Saturday 6 – 27 at 12 p.m.So I said yes that day and time works. She emails me at 11a. m telling me how she couldn’t get a babysitter and wants to reschedule for Sunday. No way will I EVER use Eileen. Completely unprofessional

First you are unable to reach her via phone because her mailbox is full so when scheduling appointment the only way to schedule one is via email. Then after emailing her it took her 3 weeks for her to get back with me to schedule the appointment.
I live 30 minutes away so on the day of the appointment I left 45 minutes early to ensure I would arrive on time. When I was mere minutes away from the location I received an email telling me the appt. cancelled. Yet, there was no explanation in the email as to why it was cancelled and no note about rescheduling. The email arrived 19 minutes before scheduled start time.

While not a massage connoisseur, I have been getting massages for over 30 years, and I can tell when a massage therapist is good. Eileen is good. Eileen is actually one of the best who have worked on my body. I had deep tissue massage, 90 minutes. And 90 minutes it was, not from the time I walked in the door, but actual massage time. I had a lot of knots and tightness, and she quickly found the knots and worked them. She uses stretching for tightness. Her space, a rented room in National Physical Therapy, is clean and comfortable. She is not a talker, but we did have some conversation about problems I was having. I found her very knowledgeable. Now I would not be honest if I didn’t bring up one negative: she cancelled several appointments before we finally got together. She was apologetic, and actually returned some of my tip because she felt she did not deserve it. I will definitely be going back!
