There service is just pathetic the guy told me to wait over 45 minutes and we wait 2 hours and in those 2 hours we call 3 times and he says it’s on it’s way and then they tell us it was never confirmed they need to get the tampon out of their ass

The Missus and I have been here before, and have never had an issue with the food or service. But tonight(10/30/2012, 6 – 6:05 pm), we must have arrived at the worst possible time. My wife told me what she wanted, and went to the restroom, I stood in front of the counter, and waited, waited, waited waited… She came out of the restroom, and there was another customer behind me, and in that time, I got 3 viewings, heard someone tell another, «If you want to leave early, you gotta make sure the trash is all picked up.» I know they have a lot of turnover, because its just a part-time thing, but people, you are in the business of taking care of customers, feeding them, and getting them out of the way quick. No one said give us a minute, be right there, sorry for the wait, need a few more minutes, NADA! So we went next door. Hey Manager and staff, time for order taking 101… Last time its on my time Yo! Don’t be seeing ya…

Oh man I saw this place and HAD to review it. Oh the hours of my misspent youth spent hanging out here with friends. When you’re 17 in Brockton, there’s not a whole lot of options open to you for hangouts, especially after dark. Service was always so-so, food nothing remarkable. Relatively clean(for Brockton) but frigging annoying to get out of since it’s right at the Montello intersection, which is an unbelievable pain in the ass. That aside, it’s nothing to write home about. But 17 year olds thinking they’re pretty damn awesome, starving with only 10 bucks in their pockets can appreciate it.

They finally gave the inside of this location a make-over! The food was good, but here’s my issues: My only issues with Papa Gino’s now(at all locations I go to) are the fact they changed over to coke products(I miss my Dr. Pepper!) and no longer keep plasticware/napkins out for their patrons. Now you have to ask for them at the counter. The employees aren’t used to this either and so I keep having to go back and forth to the counter to get the supplies I need if they don’t put them on my tray. I realize they are probably trying to save money by also not using plates as much, but those plastic bowl/plates with the paper are not very good for cutting food on…
