Are they the best sub shop ever? No, they’re not: I haven’t found such a place yet in my life. What they are is very good at what they do, and because they’re good, they’re also busy. That’s why you get a busy signal so often during peak times. If someone sounds grouchy on the phone, consider that they’ve taken nonstop calls for several minutes(as a former receptionist, I’ll vouch that nonstop phone calls can be overwhelming for the best of us). If your food is late, think of who else has been waiting. Your own impatience and sense of entitlement aren’t good reasons to give a good place one star. They bust serious ass over there *all the time.* Their food is good. In the summer, their lobster rolls and salad are all meat and no filler(pricey, but that’s how lobster goes). The honey bbq steak tips aren’t to be missed. They’re wonderful in any presentation, whether alone on a bed of rice, in a salad, or a sandwich: cooked just right, sweet and salty. They pretty consistently prepare food to my order specs without making any big errors(I have a thing for tzaziki on my steak bombs that I picked up in college and they always oblige, even when the order-taker sounds disgusted). Always go for the stuff marked«homemade,» like their burgers, eggplant parm, and chicken cutlets(sometimes the chicken is a bit overcooked and dry, sometimes it’s spot on). They make tasty dessert calzones, very densely-packed subs, so-so pizza, and a fine selection of fried-up appetizers. My favorites are the broccoli bites and the curly fries. The curly fries are a ridiculously generous serving… one person couldn’t ever finish them alone. Even my giant husband can’t polish off an entire bag. The delivery people are always polite and cordial. We’ve been ordering food for them for about 10 years and it’s pretty much always on point. For sub shops in the area, this one is a gem. They’re generous, efficient, and honestly, reliable and consistent. If you are a reasonable person who doesn’t have really unrealistic expectations for a very popular local sub shop, what’s not to like?

Eh this place is way over priced. And the portions are small. One time I ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza with French fries on it and it ended up being 22 bucks! For a SMALL pizza. The customer service sucks too. Employees are rude and get annoyed when you ask questions. Not my favorite place. It sucks.

I love this place. The roast beef is divine — cooked medium rare, as roast beef should be cooked, and sliced so thin and piled so high on the roll that I refer to it as «roast beef pressboard». Yes, that’s a good thing. It actually does melt in my mouth. The pizza rolls are good, the pizza is better than average, and the corn chowder is to die for. Truly. Get some for dessert, it’s that sweet. YUM. The service is fine, both on the phone and in the store, I have never had a problem with either. The only thing that gets them down from 5 stars is the INSANELY long delivery wait. They always tell me in advance what the wait time is(as soon as I say delivery, before even placing my order), and ask me if it’s okay. But I order delivery them pretty frequently, and I can’t ever remember less than an hour wait for delivery. Tonight it was an hour and 45 minutes. They usually arrive before the quoted time, but not by much. Why can’t they get the delivery stuff together(hire more drivers, the business is obviously supporting it!), and deliver within a reasonable time frame, like everyone else in the area does? Seriously…not all the food is great here, but the stuff that is, is delicious. I get the same response from the delivery drivers that I get from the people who answer the phones, when I mention the long delivery times…“I’m so sorry, we’re very busy!” So use that money to hire more delivery drivers! Come on, Georgio’s, get your delivery act together!

Customer service after 4pm sucks. Girls are rude on the phone and the delivery man doesn’t know how to do basic math. Overpriced food and honestly, not worth it.

Almost 3 dollars for a sprinkle of feta cheese and and about 10 flakes of onions. Totally got ripped off. What Pissed me off about this is they didn’t tell me it cost more when they asked if I wanted it.

Though I’ve never really had anything on the menu besides the pizza and salad, Georgio’s is a must if you’re in the Brockton area. For those of you who love pizza but don’t always enjoy pizza sauce, try their white pizza. The base is olive oil and minced garlic, layered with cheese and Italian herbs. It is soooo flavorful and delicious that you’ll find yourself making excuses to visit the area just so you can grab a slice… or eight.

Been working in the area for a dew months and it’s great here. The regular roast beef is what I get 80% of the time. They do it right here with a warmed sesame roll. If you’re going to order on a Fridays, call ahead and expect a 30 minute wait, trust me it’s well worth the wait. The pizza I’ve had once and I would recommended it if you’re looking for a good pizza.

Overrated Overpriced Why would anyone pay over $ 20 for a calzone I will not return, even though I’ve only been once. I glanced the menus and was shocked at the prices. Maybe I need a bigger wallet or a smaller stomachache.

Yum~! The roast beef sandwich is worth the trip. I have been twice now and I really love the roast beef sandwiches. They are done the way they should be. Rare and lean. Very tasty. This is strictly a take out place. I did eat in once and was not impressed with the cleanliness of the tables. as far as the service goes, I guess it depends on who serves you. I haven’t had any problems. The wait times can be long, because they are busy. They are busy because they are good.

I went to this place a few years back and their steak tip Greek salad was great. I recently ordered it and the steak was undercooked and chewy-like. Gross!!! Today I called to place an order and I had to call about 8 times before I got through. To have it delivered I was told an hour and for pick-up was 40 mins. Insane especially for pick-up. The girl on the phone was not friendly and had attitude when I had asked questions regarding the menu. I took a chance anyway and ordered and totally regretted it. My sub and«toasted» raviolis were soggy, both of which are supposed to be TOASTED! Never again!

I was going to order from here for the first time just to try something new and I’m definitely not gonna try ordering from them ever again. Terrible service. First of all, it took forever for them to answer the phone because of how busy they were. They left me on hold forever. Their prices were super expensive. And then on top of that, they told me the wait time for delivery was an hour and 30 minutes long. Not worth it. Didn’t even end up eating here. Sucks for them. They lost $ 55 because of their terrible service

I work a mile down the street from here, and we order from them fairly often. We called our order in at 11 for 12 o’clock delivery. When 1230 rolled around without food, we called back and were told«he’s in the area». At 1 we called again. When we complained that we had bee waiting 2 hours for delivery(and missed our lunch break at this time) The rude guy on the phone said he told us it would be 1 – 2 hour wait for delivery. My coworker said NO you didn’t, if you had said that we would’ve have driven over to pick it up. The guy called her a liar(his exact words). She demanded to speak with a manager and he said he was the owner. He was informed we order from here often, and would no longer be doing so after this catastrophe, and he said, «good luck ordering from somewhere else!» What kind of owner conducts business like this?! No apologies for the inconvenience– NOTHING! They will never get my business again. Super disappointing.

Order from there a lot however NEVER will again rude and disrespectful!!! I however know for a fact I’m not the only one who feels this way. My wife and her co-workers at the Brockton VA hospital were treated with even more disrespect recently. They will also never order for them again. HUGE mistake on their part since I know they will let all of their patients as well as fellow employees know to stay FARAWAY from this restaurant. Try and treat your customers with more respect.

Delivery took an awfully long time. By the time the food got here, everything was cold and soggy. The pizza was super greasy. The roast beef was not great. The teriyaki shrimp that came was not what was expected. It was pricey too; these three items totaled over $ 40. Not worth it.

Unbelievable roast beef sandwiches. Period. Sure, the service/phone etiquette is very sub-par… but who cares?! We’ve been hung up on a few times and experienced some issues in that regard, but the food always arrives, and once you dig in you simply can’t help but forgive and forget. Know that you will probably have to wait about an hour for take-out/delivery but that it’s worth every minute. Their rolls are yummy(the onion roll especially), and you can get BBQ or horseradish sauce on your sandwich if you wish — although the roast beef itself is so good it barely needs anything. I highly recommend Georgios!

If you are in the area-they are simply the best. Best Roast Beef Sandwich, Great Greek Salads(dressing is on point) and I love the steak tips. Only downfall is that they get so busy it takes a while to get your food at lunch time. But thats a function of their popularity.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEINTHEWORLD!!! Cummon people, look at my reviews… I don’t complain much, but the managers at Georgio’s talk to and treat their customers like we are the biggest POS’s walking the planet. I missed their steak tips and salad so much that I tried to give them another chance. The girl takes my entire order and then tells me I have to cancel because they feel like closing. This place makes decent food when they want to, but their attitudes weren’t always like this. I wonder how much longer they will last treating their customers this way. Good luck with that Georgio’s!!! Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to West Side Pizza.
