I have been using Churchill linens service for over 8yrs. I find their delivery service unreliable and the delivery person on my route incapable of doing his job. Many times I have had to use my own back up supply of linens because he either never showed up or was behind schedule so I was pushed off. If I was pushed off, I would expect a phone call and a delivery first thing the following day. But I got no phone call and was a 3pm delivery the following day. If I did not have a back up supply I would have lost out on a days worth of work. They charge a $ 50 emergency delivery fee, yet they did not credit me for my inconvenience. I am in the process of looking for a new linen service. This has gone too far.
