I find that almost all calls whether trying to schedule an appointment or needing to talk to the medical staff go to «voicemail». Staff is unprofessional and has the «its not my job» or «its not my fault» mentality. When questioning a front office staff member why I had not received a call back for a message that had been left several days before, the response was «well it wasn’t me, there are 4 of us here», and when I questioned it again, I was basically hung up on. **UNPROFESSIONAL**

Boston Dermatology is horrible!!! they do not return calls, they cancel appointments arbitrarily and the front desk staff is rude, and their billing company hasn’t got a clue as how to process a claim. I will be going back to Boston MGH this is not worth it.
