Great food. Great prices. So much better the the national chains. An asset to Brockport dining.

This is honestly my favorite place to have lunch in town. All the ingredients are actually fresh, and I don’t feel guilty after eating here. If you’re vegan, gluten-free, or lactose intolerant. This place has you covered.

I’ve been to Burrito Fresco a number of times. The service is always slow and it’s generally a little pricey BUT the food is usually pretty good. Tonight they were not on their game. As we sat and waited for our food, which was a to go order, we heard the staff apologize a lot for food taking too long to come out and for food orders being prepared wrong. I ordered a chicken rice bowl. When I got home, there was NOCHICKEN! I don’t mind waiting a little extra time and I don’t mind it being a little pricey. But waiting 20 min and paying $ 24 for a rice bowl and beef burrito and NOT getting my order right. Unacceptable. With 3 — 4 people in the kitchen they should be able to figure out how to make a burrito!

I’ve ordered food from here twice(the second time was assuming the first order was a fluke) and each time it had showed up to my door colder than ice… I only live a mile away. I don’t particularly like the beef choice… is it shredded? Is it ground? I can’t tell. It also cost me $ 20 for a quesadilla, chips, guac, and a drink. FORONEPERSON. I was also told when I placed my order on the phone that the only drinks available were soda, I don’t drink soda at all… but the perso also told me that I had to get a meal and I had no choice but to select a soda, which was a waste of money because it was never drank. Probably won’t order from here anytime soon. I’m better off spending the extra money on gas to go to Moe’s in Greece.

This place is a hidden treasure! Considering the ingredients are fresh and real, with homemade salsas that are all yummy the prices are fine. If you want cheap fast«food» with questionable ingredients go to Mighty Taco/Taco Bell. If you a want flavorful, filling meal, with local friendly owners(that wait on us every time we have been there) and interesting new flavors mixed with the familiar burrito vibe, come here. We travel an hour to eat here, if we are any where with in a half an hour of this place we make the trip to Burrito Fresco. It’s 5 stars as far as burritos go.

Decent food there, but extremely expensive for what you get. $ 5+ for chips with a reasonable amount of salsa.

Loved my lettuce bowl. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Very vegetarian friendly. Dining on the sidewalk while people watching. Great place to construct a healthy meal! Prices very reasonable!

Very good but a bit on the expensive side for what you receive. I like that it’s easy to select your meal and the food always tastes fresh and the staff are nice.

My sister has been raving about this place forever and i had been planning on stopping in the next time we were in town. Last weekend was the perfect opportunity since we were in ny visiting family and were checking out the Festival. The ordering system is clearly posted on the wall and is easy to follow for a newbie. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with cheesy rice and an apple crispito. It also came with their mild salsa. It was all super good. The quesadilla was flavorful and i loved the salsa. The cheesy rice was delicious. I’d love to comment on the apple crispito but my 19 month old son stole it and ate the whole thing :(The fact that there was none left, makes me think that i should have fought harder to get it back! Places like this makes me wish we still lived in the area, but we’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

I love this place, I only wish I lived in Brockport so I could get it more than once a week! Great vegetarian and VEGAN options! I recommend the bowl which is like a huge amazing salad. Chips and salsa may be addictive.

The vegetarian burrito I had was amazing. The sauces and sides are great too! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Brockport!

Don’t even bother stepping inside if you are a gluten free diner. There are no gluten free tortillas — the soft tortillas are flour, and the corn taco shells(and nacho chips) are fried in the same oil as flour products. However, they do get credit for knowing when I asked!

Having grown up in Brockport with parents who still reside there I’m in bport quite often. I noticed this place opened a year ago but had never gotten around to trying it. Yesterday I finally did. While the food was okay(though easily something I could have made at home myself) I spent the next 24 hours after eating there with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. Absolutely miserable. It was the only thing I ate that day, so I’m pretty positive that’s what caused it. Needless to say, with subpar food and a miserable 24 hours following eating there, I won’t be back. Ever.

Tried for the first time today(I think I was a little in denial about Mythos being gone). I have to say it was refreshing and delicious. I got the tacos(one hard and one soft) with chicken, guac and other toppings. The chicken was actually prepared not just large chunks of grilled chicken that ruin taco shells. The meat had great flavor and allowed the other ingredients to settle. I LOVED the chipotle garlic sauce — it was the highlight of my bites. The service was good and the staff were very pleasant The girl that took my order was patient while I read the menu and explained the process — not complicated and very organized. Also…it was $ 8!!! Hard to beat on Main Street… and it can be healthy. I look forward to trying salads and nachos in the future… why did I wait so long?!

I decided to give this place a try soon after it opened. Got the taco meal which came with 2 beef tacos, queso and chips and a drink. Honestly, the tacos were not very good. I didn’t like the meat, it had the texture of pulled pork but was ground beef? The queso was good though. Better off going about a mile south and hitting up the taco bell. It’s cheaper and tastes better and you don’t have to get out of your car.

So I’m usually skeptical trying new foods on Main Street; I usually stick to Mark’s or Jimmy Z’s. Well Jimmy Z’s can be soooooooo packed after the bars close and I’m starving sometimes from all that dancing. I decided to give this place a try. The service wasn’t that good, and the food took awhile to come out. I got a cheese quesadilla and… it was PRETTY good and the salsa was fresh and tasted really good on top of it. Needless to say I came about four more times to get the same thing. I’m not a burrito fan so I can’t give my opinion on that. But get the cheese quesadilla, it’s good. Give this place a try people!!! But I won’t be back here because I’m graduating… I will miss you Brockport :(

5 stars equals«as good as it gets» according to Unilocal and this is absolutely true for fresh Mexican inspired food in Brockport! I had beef tacos that were absolutely fresh and delicious! There’s a sign on the wall asking for patience, as this is not fast food and that’s exactly why this place is so great! A new, modern, locally owned restaurant in beautiful, walkable Brockport! Love it. Go back to Main Street! Support local businesses! Eat more tacos!

Went here for the first time the other day and was really excited to try it. Decided in a salad bowl with chicken. The whole thing was very flavorful, although I did have to add extra salsa on it when I got home. My only recommendation is to shred the lettuce. The lettuce pieces in my salad were fairly large, as if someone just quickly pulled them apart and threw them into the takeout box and there was a small pool of water at the bottom of the box which made the salad really soggy. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if I would have gotten a burrito with that lettuce in it. But overall, the food was good, restaurant was clean, employees were friendly and helpful, I will be back, but will order something different.

It’s alright. The food’s nothing special, the prices are a little high for pretty low-end edibles. I see this place sliding into the«food for drunks» category soon, currently dominated by Jimmy Z’s, just down the block, where it will be resoundingly defeated; no one feeds more drunks or has more eponymous flair than Jimmy’s. Safe bet: Chinese takeout joint in 12 months.

On the outside it was very welcoming since it is in the homey-town of Brockport. On the inside it’s a little boring. The staff is very friendly and I got my food pretty fast. My friend ordered right after me and waited an extra ten minutes for her food. The ordering was easy because they have it broken down by steps like chipotle. The food itself wasn’t that bad. The rice is just white rice it isn’t cilantro rice like chipotle. The chips and queso were a hit. Overall not as good as chipotle but will probably return.
