Virginia Classic Mustang

Overall great service and knowledgeable poeople. Prices are pretty good compared to everyone else in the Mustang business and they know their products. I do wish they had an 800#.
The one time I had a problem they fixed it right away and it wasn’t their fault anyway, just a badly made part that slipped through the cracks.

I have been buying parts from Virginia Classic Mustang since 1986. Overall, their prices are better than the other mail order and online places, and I have always spoken to a real person when I call.
Several years ago I received a gift certificate and forgot about it. Several years later when I found it, VCM honored it without any question.
Actual shipping is calculated after a web order is placed, which is clearly explained if you’re paying attention.
I have had a great experience with VCM for nearly 30 years.

Ordered one part from them. Throughout the checkout process and on the confirmation email I received, shipping was listed as $ 0.00. Great, I thought!
But when the part showed up, my card was charged an additional $ 7.00 for shipping. When I emailed to inquire, they pointed me to a separate page of their website that states shipping will be added on after the fact. I even went back and went through the order process online to check — no mention of shipping being tacked on later.
Even better than that, shipping for my item was $ 5.70. Turns out they also have a ‘minimum charge’ for shipping that they neglect to list anywhere!
I contacted a customer service supervisor to explain that I felt conned. He said that is the way they do it, and I should have called in to place my order instead.
I’ll be taking my business somewhere else that has more honest business practices!
