Especially 4 Paws

This is a great company. I’ve used them several times and have been thoroughly impressed with their service. When I go out of town I feel very comfortable giving them the responsibility of taking care of my pet. I will no doubt use them in the future.

My GF and I went out of town for Christmas. We have 5 pets, 1 dog and 4 cats. For the short time we were away, the cats would have been fine… however, the doggy, «little man» Dixon needs walking and feeding etc etc.
We had not the funds to take him in and get him current on his shots + board him; nor was anyone available to watch him full time so we noticed an ad for Especially 4 paws in the brecksville town planner.
We called them up. They wanted to meet Us & little man prior to agreement (as we did them). The meet and greet went well… Jen and her husband explained their services, the cost of the services, ask what his habits were, if he was current on his shots (they didnt seem to mind he wasnt). We were informed of what they were responsible for and what they were not. They asked for contact info of our evening sitter (non-​professional friend)
We gave them a key. They took daily notes on their visit and also stated they cleaned up some things the animals broke into… Good to know the detail communication they put out there. Overall I am happy with the service and would probably use again if needed
