DPGolf Academy offers a wide variety of private lesson options, group classes and junior programs. Private lessons feature customized instruction based on your goals. We use video to help enhance the learning process. Your instructor will prepare a voice-​over review of your lesson and send it to you via email. You can view it anytime, anywhere you are connected to the internet, including your smart phone, right on the range or course. We offer the popular Golf Golf Ready small group classes. We cover everything you need to know so you can start having fun playing golf with your friends and family. Get Golf Ready classes are also offered for Ladies only and Teens. Our Junior Programs and Summer Camps feature the U.S.Kids Golf learning program (Levels 1, 2 & 3). The kids are taught in small age appropriate groups, according to their current ability level (beginner to advanced). Each child progresses at their own pace with the focus always on making learning fun!

History

Established in 2003.

Dave Predzin is the owner and Director of Instruction of DPGolf Academy. Dave had a distinquished 25-​year career with the Prince William County Police Department. He was best known for his skills as an instructor and teacher while assigned to the police academy. After retiring Dave completed the PGA of America’s Professional Golf Management Program (PGA PGM) and was accepted into membership as a Class A PGA Professional.

Dave’s goal from the beginning has been to build his business one customer at a time. By helping each student progress towards their own individual goals, Dave’s business has continued to grow each year, primarily from the referrals of his students. Each of the staff instructors at DPGolf Academy have been personally trained by Dave so every student receives the same level of professional instruction.
