Established in 2007.

Since 2007, Associates in Eyecare — Bristow has been the leader and preferred provider of quality vision care products and personalized optometric services to our patients in Bristow and the surrounding areas. Our experienced doctors and staff offer comprehensive vision examinations and specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of eye diseases, conditions, and problems.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Paul Colbourne.

Business Owner

Dr. Paul Colbourne, a graduate of George Mason University, received his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, with clinical honors. He possesses extensive experience in complete family eye care, contact lens fitting, especially hard to fit custom lenses, treatment and management of ocular disease, and surgical co-​management (including Laser Vision Correction).

Dr. Colbourne is a member of the American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association, The Northern Virginia Optometric Society, and the American Academy of Orthokeratology & Myopia Control. His passion is integrating the latest technology into the practice, from electronic paperless records to the latest digital lens technology.

Dr. Colbourne is a partner at Associates In Eyecare and practices in Bristow. When he is not with his family, Dr. Colbourne can be found rock climbing or playing the guitar.
