Des and Michelle were very unprofessional and rude. They blamed the customer for being persuaded by a sales associated for buying a higher priced items that were not necessary. I would not recommend this store and especially avoid des and Michelle. Des is the manager as well

If you have a question of any kind, need assistance, or just need to have anyone acknowledge your existence, this is not the place for you!!!
If you want to get publicly scolded and embarrassed by a 20 year old girl for doing something wrong than you have found your destination!!!
I walked past 7 «associates» and every single one of them (including customer service) looked the other way when i tried to make eye contact. I haven’t gone to this location in almost ten years and after today, i will never again.

Customer service seems constantly perplexed by everything. Nothing is ever easy in this store, I just don’t understand. I feel like I enter the twilight zone whenever I do a pickup or a return.

We love doing home projects and my husband is a contractor so we are always here. Some of the workers are so nice and knowledgable. We’ve been going there for years so we’ve gotten to know some of them and they are great! I do not appreciate or like one of their workers Robin (Robyn?) that woman is incredibly disrespectful!!! She blatantly flirts with my husband in front of me. Normally something like that wouldn’t bother me one bit but she crosses the line. At first it was funny and we laughed at her every time we would see her but then she started getting gross and one time nearly got off (yes I’m serious… clearly she needs a man or something at home haha) telling him how manly he is and how he does everything with such authority. She’s a creep and maybe she thinks she’s a cougar but she needs to wake up. I haven’t seen her in awhile so maybe the broad got fired. I’m sure she tired seducing every man that walked in the door and they finally got rid of her.

I love this home depot everyone is always very friendly and helpful I shop here everyday and deal with Matt at the pro desk he always very professional and helps me find the best deals on what I need and he knows alot iv missed a few things in a order that I was making and he knows what els I need to make the order perfect thanks Matt. John and Eric also are very helpful with any questions or orders so it doesn’t matter who you go to at the pro desk I really do like everyone here its to bad ted from plumbing moved to a different state he was the man I learned a lot from him and John from electrical thanks everyone

I hate this Home Depot. Employees are next to useless when trying to get some service. At least the ones I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. This last trip was the biggest annoyance.
I found my items and went through the self check out. Selected Credit as payment method and it asks for a PIN. What? So I hit cancel because that’s typically what you do and then the card is declined. I flag down a cashier who waddles herself over and asks what’s the problem. I said the machine won’t accept the card. What’s wrong with it? She replies: «You tell me.» Excuse me? Card is perfectly fine. Called my bank and yep card is fine. Plenty of money.
Poor excuse for customer service. You all have some training to do if this is the model employee. She could care less about the transaction.

***The Inventory of the homedepot is sooooooo screwed up I always have to travel to the other ones because the product next to the one out of stock was filled in by the neighboring product. They do this so that the store looks full during facing.
***The Shopping Carts lining the entry roadway are such an inconvenience and hazard, and I have clipped one already. Its supper tight and makes it difficult to pull into the parking lot with a regular truck… Especially with snow packed up and the carts rusting…
***You cant see kids behind the carts lining the entry roadway… if your passing in front of the store… Dangerous…

If you just need parts and building supplies, they should have what you’re looking for. If I had trouble finding something, I’d just flag down one of the employees and they’d help me find it.
My only gripe… If you’re looking to contract with them to remodel your house, FORGET THEM! I sat down with one of their managers who said he would send someone out to give me an estimate. Not only didn’t they call me to make the initial appointment when they promised, they never returned any of my follow-​up calls. Of the several contractors I attempted to obtain estimates from… Home Depot was the worst.
