At RCD we have decades of experience in Machine Design and Automation, from simple safety upgrades to older equipment, to ground-​up new equipment, we are here to handle your specialized machine and process requirements.

Our in-​house machine shop and fabricating facilities are also ready to produce your parts and weldments. We do our best to accommodate emergency requirements, when tough machining or repair jobs are needed overnight.

Our engineering staff can assist you in nearly any phase of your production requirements; plant layouts, maintenance plans, equipment documentation. RCD is your on-​call Plant Engineer.

History

Established in 2010.

RCD began in 2010 as a machinery consulting business, helping our clients select and tool up equipment for their unique needs. We would then work closely with our customers to integrate their new equipment seamlessly into their production.

Soon we were applying out machine design experience to engineer machine upgrades as well as completely new purpose-​built designs.

In 2012 we expanded into our current 4200 sq ft facility featuring a complete machine shop, welding and fabrication shop, panel building area, and two construction bays. To this day we continue to expand out capabilities to serve our customers providing one-​stop manufacturing support for all phases of your equipment and production needs.
