I hate to say it, but I absolutely dread having to come up here for a couple reasons. I’ll first start off by saying that the services and help that are provided to needing people, is amazing, if used properly. Ok, now that that is out of the way, let me tell you why I so dread having to go up to the actual business.(I personally try to do as much as I can online…) First of all, simply TRYING to park in the parking lot sucks! The reason I say TRY is because finding a spot remotely close to the door is unheard of ‘unless you’re a handicap driver, there is plenty of handicap parking available) So, walking a mile from my car to the front door is expected. Walking in, I’m usually greeted by a «Security Guard» whom does nothing but creep me out, because his eyes never seem to be able look at my eyes, just every other body part! Or there is an empty desk where«security» is supposed to be. I think it would be an awesome idea if there was someone«stationed» by the door as you walk in who is able to help by answering varies questions people have because instead, you have to wait in a line which does not move in a reasonable decent flow. There has been times all I needed was a quick question answered, where if there was someone up front, I’d literally be in and out of there within minutes, but instead, I have had to wait in line for over 15 minutes, then finally get to the window, and have my business done within seconds… It’s just very frustrating, the whole process up there!

Place rating: 5 Mount Joy, PA
PA — one of the few states that just goes by two letters. PA — the state with more regional accents than any place else(Phila, PA dutch, central pa, pittsburgh). PA — Where you can ski the same mountain in the winter, that has a water slide in the summer. PA — The god damned USA started here, damnit! I love traveling elsewhere, but coming home always feels so nice. FTW, PA!
