Established in 1994.

Jim Leinbach is the leading expert in building maintenance for the Tri-​Cities with years of exceptional business experience. Since 1994, Jim and his wife, Teri, have built a strong foundation and good reputation in the local business community. Leinbach Services has helped hundreds of local businesses and homes with their electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning problems. Today, the company has 12 employees, seven work vans, and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even on holidays

Together, Teri, Jim and Leinbach Services Inc. have built a strong foundation and good reputation in the local business community.

Aside from Leinbach Services Inc, in 2009, Jim co-​founded the TNVA BusAllaince Kingsport (a business networking collaboration to increase business revenue throughout different service industries via internet marketing).

Jim serves as an active member of 3 area Chambers of Commerce in: Bristol (2008), Lead Bristol Class 2008 –09, Board of Directors 2010 Johnson City Chamber (1997) Kingsport Chamber (2004).

As an organization, Leinbach Services Inc. is a member of the Business Networking International (BNI) chapters of Johnson City (2003), Kingsport (2005) and Bristol (2010). Past President and 2 terms Secretary/​Treasurer.
