French bistro classics and modern American. Le Central sources locally when possible but always uses the freshest product available. We make everything in house-​charcuterie, pasta, all sauces, dressings. Le Central’s wine list is an eclectic blend of interesting and affordable selections from around the world. We are available for private parties from 10 – 100 as well as off site catering.

History

Established in 2006.

Jesse James started this business in 2006-​his third restaurant venture after 2 successful operations in San Francisco. Le Central’s French bistro theme was a departure from the Italian, Portuguese, American, Mexican, etc restaurants in the area.
