When I got in an accident last month, I had no idea what I was going to do. Luckily, the accident wasn’t my fault, but that meant I still needed to deal with insurance companies. Jay and his son, Jay, guided me through the whole process, which I greatly appreciated! It was clear from the beginning that he has been doing this for awhile (39 years) and knew what he was talking about. He knew exactly what my rights were, and how I should manage the insurance company. I cannot imagine how someone could have been of more help.
I strongly recommend working with Jay if this is your first accident (or even if it’s not). He is a great guy, tells it as it is, and is very friendly. If the unfortunate day comes where I am in another accident, I won’t waste a second looking for another shop, and go straight to Jay’s!

Jay is an incredible business man. He has owned his auto mechanic shop for 39 years and he knows his stuff! I found his shop based on google reviews, I was looking to buy a car in Bristol and I needed to have an independent inspection so that I could rest assured the car was mechanically sound.

He is a gruff but funny guy, and he knows his stuff more than any other mechanic I have dealt with. It is a small, family business, his son is also a mechanic there and they both have more knowledge on cars than any other auto body shop I have encountered.
There are completely kind and honest, smart, and most importantly, know their stuff. Which helped me from making the huge mistake of buying a lemon car. If I hadn’t thought to go to him, I would have probably lost the car a month down the road, because it was chaulk full of problems, not something you want when buying a new car. He also got me in last minute, which I totally appreciated. I would use Jay’s again and again, am so happy with the service I received.

Don’t even think about bringing your car elsewhere if you’re in the Bristol area and need body work. The 2 Jays (father & son) are straight shooters, will get the job done right the first time and have your car looking like new. They also were extremely helpful working things out advantageously with the insurance company after I was hit. They will explain the job well so you understand exactly what’s going on even if you’re a novice as far as body work goes. No BS.

These gentemen are the pinnacle of execellence in the automotive industry. Fast, great, reliable work all with minimal effort on my part. We were involved in a run in with a concrete barrier. I brought my car right to Jay and he took care of everything with my insurance company so I could take care of my family and not jave to worry about calling adjusters, and hinting them down for money.
