Dynamic Bicycles

My experience with Dynamic Bicycles was absolutely great. I purchased the Sidekick model. With my new job I quickly realized to keep my sanity I was going need to lessen some of my 2 + hours commute (each way) by not driving the entire way, and instead use the local train and bike the remainder to the office. When the shipment arrived I found the workmanship to be very good, a solid bike for sure… although a bit on the heavy side at around 30 lbs… But it was well made for sure… Sadly, there was some cosmetic damages that happened in the shipment, but the folks at Dynamic went beyond what I was expecting and rushed new parts to me and even offered to pay for any labor should I want to take it to a local bike repair shop and have them do the installs.
As it turned out my job relocated me to our other facility right across from the train station. So all I have to do now is drive to where I get on the train and then walk across the street at the other end… No need for the bike now… Thankfully since this change took place within the 30-​day allowable return period I was able to return the entire bike, replacement parts and all… The credit was handled within a few days after it arrived back to Dynamic… Patrick and his crew were GREAT to work with and were understanding and helpful with everything… EXCELLENT customer service!!!
