They are really friendly I’ll give them that. However, not very clean. They didn’t open new tools. Just pulled used tools out of the caddy. And the ped egg they use is so gross. U can tell it’s not cleaned after every person. Also idk if it was the polish or the dryers but I had bubbles in my big toes when I got home. They also tried to push me to buy a product to soften heals. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend
