CHARGED TWICE. Upon arriving I went to the office to check-​in. I gave the Indian woman at the front desk my card to pay for the room, and she said the transaction failed. I went onto my bank’s app and could see the charge for the exact amount posted to my account from «Budget Host». I showed her this but she did not care. After raising her voice and basically yelling at me, she left to go find her husband. He was not any help however, and we ended up charging the room to my girlfriend’s card. I still have not received a refund for the charge.
