Just had my son’s birthday party here. The private party room appeared to be clean, however the entire facility had gnats EVERYWHERE. We could hardly eat in the private party room because of the gnats. I was even more disgusted when the ice cream was brought out. It was very evident they had been thawed and re froze as they had sticky leakage on the outside. The vanilla was a yellow color and the chocolate was discolored also. The lady that brought them even said they looked bad ANDLEFTTHEMFORUS. We cleaned up the party room, threw the table covers away because we spilled everything under the sun on them, they were in a trash bag with trash. The lady asked if we brought them and I explained no they were there when we got there. She proceeded to have us remove them from the trash stating that unless they were ripped, they just«wipe them down with a little bleach water», and put them back on to the table. That is disgusting. The inflatables do not appear to be cleaned or disinfected regularly either consider the kids socks were blackened after playing. The place was empty, and when we arrived, first thing I did was use the bathroom. It was filthy, trash and toilet paper everywhere in the family restroom. Instead of asking who was the person in charge of the party, a random guest was asked to complete paperwork and allowed to sign it as well. Someone mind you, who paid nothing for the party. I paid $ 200 for this party and I will NEVER return even for a play day.

So much fun and great facility. The owner greeted us and got us started. We stayed several hours andl I think my daughter could’ve done double that. There is an area set aside just for kids 4 and under, my son 18 months loved it. Everything seemed clean and well kept. A very fun time.

After days of rain here in beautiful Bristol, the kiddos had to blow off some serious steam. I couldn’t find much information on Bounce Bristol except information from their website. Not a single review. It’s amazing how much I’ve come to depend on Unilocal reviews. My magic eight ball and GPS for all things food and fun. I’ll admit, the price tag made me a bit hesitant to try it out. Under two= $ 5 and 2−12=$ 8 but parents are free. $ 13 for two kids seemed a bit steep. What if it sucked? The few pictures I had seen didn’t invoke confidence that we would be there very long. The Bristol mall itself seems to be on the verge of extinction; a bit of a ghost town but Bristol Bounce is conveniently located right up the stairs(there is also a ramp for strollers) from Sears. We arrived right after they opened. The woman who greeted us was the owner. She was so nice. Once fitted with our matching bracelets, the kiddos were off and running. It’s not a large place. There are only about five inflatables total but they kept my kiddos busy for 2 ½ hours; far longer then we’ve ever stayed at this type of place. All inflatables seemed age appropriate for older toddlers(and up) that are already walking and climbing. There is tons of seating for parents and they made it easy to watch your children from all vantage points. I didn’t have to get up and check on them, I could easily keep an eye on them. I was also able to bounce with along with them if I wanted. Always a huge plus! Maybe it was just that my youngest is finally able to go it alone which afforded me a front row seat to the fun without hovering, but I had a great time here today. Far better than any other bounce places we frequent in Austin. I went in with low expectations and came out pleasantly surprised at the fun we had there today. Seating, food, magazines, and free wi-fi… what else do I need? Good times!
