A vendor of ours gave me a SB treat for the holidays and I loved it! Delish! Great concept! Will definitely recommend and use for my next party!

Hands down, the best best best cheesecake I’ve ever had. I dare say I like it better than cheesecake I’ve had in New York. It’s definitely better than the Cheesecake Factory. I highly recommend their fluffy light plain cheesecake! You’ll have to order a full cheesecake if you want to share with your family.
I first had my Significant Bite at the Santa Teresa kaiser farmers market on a Saturday. I got 4 for $ 5 and I was so sad when I got home. I wish I had bought more. The following week we bought 4 plain significant bites. My boyfriend and I decided that we’ll have to order a full cheesecake to satisfy our cravings.
I emailed Bennett from his website and he responded promptly. I was told that I could have my divine nine inch cheese cake delivered to me the next morning! Bennett, delivered the cheesecake himself.
What’s not to like about a small business that is passionate about what they do? I read on his website that he left his career to pursue his dream of making cheesecake. Thank god he did! Because his cheesecakes are the best. It has a great balance of crust and cheesecake filling. The cheesecake is so fluffy and light but packed with plenty of rich flavor. The crust is so delicious it’s not like any ordinary graham cracker crust. It’s so delicious. You won’t know what you’ve been missing out on until you try it.

I contacted Significant Bites after finding them on Unilocal.I was looking for dessert, something different, for my son’s baptism. I didn’t want to do the usual cupcakes or cakepops or even cake, so when I saw SB on Unilocal,I was excited! I love cheesecake so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. I ordered the original, blueberry, mango and cookies and cream. I only got to try the blueberry and cookies and cream because we ran out fast! Both were delicious! I’ll have to stop by the Burlingame fresh market one of these weekends to get more!
Bennett, the owner, is great too! Great customer service! They even delivered our order for free. Who does that anymore?

Yummy little homemade cheesecakes at the Farmer’s Market made by a cute couple who put a lot of love into each bite! I got the 4 pack of original (with a raspberry on top), chocolate, coffee, and blueberry. I think the blueberry was my fave! They also had taro but not that day so I’d LOVE to try that one.

I was just minding my own business after shopping at Sephora and waiting for lunch while we stumpled upon the Burlingame Farmer’s Market on a beautiful Sunday morning. I’m a total ABC, but I can’t resist a free sample (the sign lured me in) just like a fobby Asian lady/​grandma, especially if it’s cheesecake! The lady helping the owner behind the booth was so sweet and actually let us sample all the flavors. We ended up doing the 4 for $ 5 sampler of all four flavors. The four being: Mexican Chocolate, Blueberry, Coffee, & plain (good ‘ol fashion).
The little guys won’t give you that heart clogging feeling that I occasionally get with eating a slice of cheesecake & help with portion control because there about a three or four bites worth. I’d have to say I liked the coffee the best then the blueberry & I’m not too big on blueberries! Bf likes things simple and liked the plain but also liked the bluberry as well. Everything is made from scratch and you can tell that the owner of Signficant Bites takes pride in his work. Take home a little yummy box treat next time you’re near one of the farmer’s market locations.

OMG! Stopped by at the 25^th Ave Farmer’s Market in San Mateo this afternoon and found this wonderful new vendor that sells these WONDERFUL petite cheesecakes!!! 4 for $ 5 I just about died!!! My son and I tried the samples offered and I immediately purchased a dozen. I got the Mexican chocolate, Blueberry, Chocolate Chip and Plain New York… fabulous!!! So yummy! I’m savoring the Blueberry as I’m wiriting this review. Definately letting all my friends in on this… what a great idea for dinner parties, tea with the Mom’s, Sunday brunch and any family gathering!!! Thank you so much for creating these lovely little bites of cheesecake heaven!!!
