1 Stop Towing

our van, packed with my wife and I, and our 3 kids, 5 hours into an 8 hour trip from PA to NH, decided to have its CV joint explode on the Massachusetts Turnpike. Fortunately we had just pulled into a rest area.
It was 6 PM on a sunday. We had no idea what to do or who to call — but before we could panic, Kevin and his tow truck pulled in to the rest area to pick up someone else. He was not only kind enough to hitch us up as a 2^nd vehicle in the tow, at the same time, he also found us a hotel down the road from their garage, at a discount rate. He also dropped us off there too. The next day, Brad was able to locate a part, and before too long our van was fixed!
Then they handed us the bill
For the tow (on a sunday, from the turnpike), for the part, and for the labour… the total was less than the Dodge dealership would have charged us, just for the part! It was almost less than the Dodge Dealership charged us for 2 replacement bulbs! The same dealership who had just inspected and serviced the vehicle before we began our road trip.
Needless to say, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
