I didn’t get past the initial phone call with this company. The good ol’ boy that answered the phone told me that it would be a waste of his time to come to my house to give me an estimate on a small remodeling project, but he could give me a «ballpark» over the phone. I asked if he provided a written estimate and contract before starting a job, and he assured me that he was licensed, certified, etc. I’m just wondering how they can provide a written estimate on a project without ever coming to the property. When I questioned this policy, he told me to «forgettaboutit» and hung up!
