The food here is always fresh but the personnel is awful! Interacting with several employees there is frustrating.

Zero stars! First, our lunch took well over an hour to arrive. When the driver finally got here she didn’t say one word to me. The drinks were falling over in the drink carrier, I asked her for help but she just stared at me. The drinks were obviously sitting for a long time, as all of them tasted like water. Two hot sandwiches were completely cold. Missing one of four bags of chips and the adds to the sandwiches that were listed on the order, were not on the sandwiches. Horrible experience, and had I known upfront the large tip I gave would have also been ZERO! Service like this, it’s no wonder Quiznos can’t stay open. Get it together the food is good, don’t let the customer service ruin it!

The food is good, but the staff is horrific… we had to walk out because they are so rude… won’t be going back.

The food here is always really good and fresh. The service is absolutely horrible. They really need to get all new staff. They are more worried about their own personal affairs than listening to what the customers need. Every time, we come here thinking it will be better, and we are always disappointed. Management really needs to get with the program.

I don’t normally review chains but figured I would give my feedback on one of the few Quizno’s that appears to be still up & running. My husband & I have really wanted to try the new Prime Rib sandwich and tried on 3 separate occasions but found locations closed that used to be open. You know how you see all those commercials and they work on you? Well, for us it was a let down. Honestly after all that they didn’t have much of a chance, right? Meat was chewy and could not taste the sauce or the cheese. Sigh. This location was super busy-10 people in line but they moved fast. Overall, it seems like Quizno’s is losing business to some other chains and the quality is a reflection. Plus the aforementioned lack of locations. Bring back those little cute creatures from the ads with the funny voices!
