Do not use this company! Once they get your money, the customer service level drops to an all time low. By far, this is the most inferior heating and cooling company that I’ve ever used. Run, don’t walk, to another company!

They sent a «specialist» to my house, attempted to charge us $ 500 for something I found was a $ 20 part. Ended up fixing the issue myself in 4 minutes and have not had an issue with my furnace since… that was over a year ago. Attempted to dispute this with them. I requested to speak to the owner and it never happened. Instead the actual«repair man» called me and explained that he knew what he was doing and tried to explain to me that I was clueless. Quality comfort never even had the decency to drop the $ 80 service fee and reported that to collections, which Im disputing simply based on principle. Companies should NOT be able to try to rip people off and get away with it. Do NOT work with this company. Poor customer service and they WILL upcharge you and pull the old bait and switch on you.
