Papa John’s Pizza

Great, fast and friendly! We live in Lochbuie and the pizza is always hot when we get it. Would recommend over any other pizza place in The Brighton area.

I feel sickened and I have never eaten food from Papa John’s. To be curt, I don’t think that I ever will. Especially after my latest encounter with a delivery driver from this store on the road. If the quality of their product matches the quality of their delivery drivers’ driving, then I would not go near one of their pizzas with a ten foot pole. I am more than displeased with the terrible service that I experienced from this establishment and I am not even a customer! Their driving was arrogant, absolutely uncalled for and overall unsafe. Which is not how I like to see companies being represented. I have very little respect for this particular location and I will refuse to spend my money at any Papa John’s restaurant.

I’m not giving this a 1-​star review because the pizza tasted as expected. I placed an online order and was quoted 30 – 40 minutes for delivery. At an hour, I called the store to find out where our order was. I was told they were busy and drivers were doing triple stops, but my order left the restaurant 20 minutes ago. I live 10 minutes from the store, so I turned the oven in preparation to reheat the pizza. Another 15 minutes later, and I was getting ready to call the manager and ask for a refund when the doorbell rang. Two stars because the pizza was what we ordered — no more because we had to wait 75 minutes when we were quoted 30 – 40. I’ll drive to the Erie store and pick up my order from now on.
