Absolute worst experience. Why tell me that my appointment is at said time when there is a 45 minute wait? I would appreciate it if they honor my time like I honor theirs.

Was told to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to my appointment and then wasn’t seen for another 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for. My time is valuable and spending an hour sitting in a noisy & tiny waiting room is an annoying waste of my time. I saw doctor Brown and he was informative, careful and kind. I would go back.
