Law Office of David S. Bograd

Back on Father’s Day of 2013 I was rear ended on the highway. I suffered quite a lot of injuries and as a result I decided to make a case. Was recommend to the David Bograd by a third party who swore by him.
I personally would not recommend him to anyone. He decided he wanted to withdraw from my case because the opposing insurance company had a federal fraud law suit against the therapy that I was treated at. Now I have nothing to do with that and didn’t know anything that was going on. As a result of that I decided to find another lawyer who can review my case and see where I stand. Unfortunately my case was in litigation and David Bogard failed to give me notice of a court date for a pre trial. Thanks to him I lost my case!!! Now there is no amount of money that will ever completely heal me of my injuries but I am alive and well. David Bogard is worthless. He has no manners and cares about know one but himself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!! I gave a one star cause I had to enter something, but he does not deserve any.
