I have used Kovach’s for a couple of years now. They have worked on both of my cars (a Ford and a VW). Every time they have impressed me with their customer service, communication and above all, value. They are easy to work with to schedule service and I am almost always pleasantly surprised when they call me with the total. Keep up the great work guys.

I went to this business for an oil change because of the review on Unilocal.
I made an appointment and left my car there. I decided to have them remount some tires for me also. They called me 50 minutes later and asked where the locking lug nut was. They had not even started on the car. Finally, an hour and 45 minutes later I am set free only to have to return because they didn’t reset my oil life indicator on the dashboard. Luckily a technician (John) came out and reset it for me. I got another surprise on the way home when I found a weird part on the floor of the front seat. When I got home I opened the hatch and everything was pulled out of the jack compartment and left there. Nothing was put back. Not only did they waste my time, I have to spend time putting it all back together and I didn’t even get any kind of apology from the front desk people, just John who came out at the last minute to fix the indicator. I realize things happen… however too many things happened to make me a satisfied customer.

Not from Brighton but was in town for work. Upon heading home, saw that my car was leaking coolant. Decided it would be best to get it checked out rather than driving home on a hot day. Called around and Kovach’s was the first to say they could look at my car that day.
Kovach’s was wonderful. They looked at my car within 10 minutes, let me know what the source of the leak was, and helped me make an informed decision regarding repair. Better yet, they didn’t charge me to inspect the car-​I don’t think that’s ever happened to me.

EXCELLENT customer service and always great to work with! I’ve been having Kovach’s service my vehicles for ten years and have never had an issue. Plus, I love that they explain the issue rather than just telling me what’s wrong. Highly recommend them!
