I had a difficult move with odd furniture and two stops, with a layover too. These guys kept figuring out how to solve the problems without bugging me. The road team was smart. Used them twice.

I have used Isaac’s for two moves in the Boston area, and both times they have been great. They are very thorough before the move and careful during the move. And they’ve worked hard and quickly. I did some research on a few other companies and their costs were also on the lower end, for professional movers. I would definitely use them again.

I see that the other reviewers here were using them for long distances. However, I have used them 3 times for local moves and have found them great at all three instances. They’re quick, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. This last time, Sean and his crew got me across town very efficiently and, when I left my new roomie’s visitor parking pass in their truck, Sean dropped it off a couple days later, as promised. Very thankful to get it back and very pleased with their great service and moving abilities!

do not use them 1. amount was more than double 2. three weeks late with our stuff.3. alot of broken stuff 4. try to put it thur ins good luck going on 6 months had to send by reg letter cause they kept saying they did not get it and now there saying we didnt do the damage. there sales man dan will lie to ur face 5. dont know how there still around the worst movers ever if you are thinking of moving call me cause 4 of my family moved fron nh to az we all used diff companies isaacs was by far the worst even tho i told them if they did a good job the rest of my family would use them my number is 978−866−2411 my name is TOM .THIS WAS THE WORST MOVERS OUT OF 4 THAT MY FAMILY USED

Beware to use this company for long distance move. They say they have their own truck, but that’s for local move only. They nickel and dime you for everything as well. We hired them for full service (packing and moving from MA to CA, coast to coast). The packing was good. Then the issue started,
1. they took a poor inventory.
2. The load was delayed at the warehouse
3. They sent 2 men to unload the truck at CA. it took them 12 hours. Frustrating.
4. They damaged many items.
5. Big issue trying to claim. They send it to a extremely unresponsive third party.
If you have to use them, use them for local move only. I recommend staying away.
