I had been a patient of Dr Ginzburg for over 15 years, he is an amazing dentist who treated me and my entire family. I had been to other dentists before and they were the reason I switched to Dr. Ginzburg. I had root canals that were incompletely done and bridges that were recently done(at another office) with decay under them. Dr. Ginzburg explained the diagnosis from the X-rays and proceeded to repair all the bad dentistry that I had. I ended up with great work that has lasted me far longer than any other job done by other dentists. My parents had dentures done by him years ago and to this day fit like new. My husband had several implants that were done after extraction that are stable and natural looking. I love the office the staff and most of all I trust this doctor with my oral health more than any other that I have ever been to. Dr Ginzburg would never recommend to do unnecessary work, and is always very thorough diligent and a perfectionist!

I had an appointment with this doctor on 2÷27÷15 when he advised me that I had rotten tooth(number 18) and it could not be treated and therefore needed to be extracted. He advised me to come back when I started to feel toothache due to that tooth. When I came back to remove the tooth the doctor asked me which tooth, I found it concerning that he did not consult his records but asked me to identify the tooth. I pointed to the exact took with my finger in my mouth. I also overheard his dental assistant telling him it was number 18. When the procedure was done he put a cotton ball in my mouth, told me to keep it shot and go home. When I got home and removed the cotton ball out I discovered in a complete shock that he extracted a wrong tooth. He removed my healthy tooth number 19. I asked my husband to come with me back to the office so both of us could discuss this situation. Dr. Ginzburg refused to acknowledge that he made any mistakes and insisted that he thought that he extracted the right tooth. I emphasized that he did not even check his records prior to extracting my tooth. I found it very unprofessional that he did not refer to his records to know for sure what needed to be done. The rotten tooth is still in my mouth causing me pain and problems with eating. Dr. Ginsburg did not care about the situation at all, he yelled at me and my husband and threw us out of his office.
