The locksmith has changed multiple locks in my house and they all work great. Prompt service. Timely. Not cheap but quality is worth it in my opinion — you really do get what you pay for.

Would not recommend to anyone. I wish I had done my research before picking out a locksmith. This is a small company run by the guy who came to change my locks and instead of feeling good about my decision after the fact, I felt very uneasy — not how you wanna feel about a guy you are trusting to change the locks to your home. I found him to be very unpleasant and rude, and a total ripoff. Came off dishonest and scamm-​y. I’d stay away.

I called a locksmith in Brookline on a Saturday. They must have referred my call to these people. A young man came to my house and changed two deadbolts and two knob locks and proceeded to completely overcharge me! It was terrible! I was alone in my new house with this man who had the keys to my new locks! He was demanding several hundred dollars for a job that should have cost a fraction of what he was asking! I wish I had called the police. Instead I paid him and have regretted it ever since.
