My husband and I recently utilized Elliott’s Audio Video for our home entertainment center hook up, and the results were incredible! A couple of months ago we had Ryan out to install a TV above the fireplace in our new home. Part of the installation required the addition of a power outlet which we assumed Elliott’s was licensed to do. Shortly after the installation we began to have electrical problems in another part of the home and we called the builder for warranty work. After investigation, it was the electrical work done by Ryan that was causing the problems and as explained by the electrician that our house could have been burned down for such a small error that any electrician would not have made.
After our complaint, Ryan told my husband he would do whatever to make it right and we have not heard from him since. We inquired about his license and he never responded. Poor quality work, and very unprofessional.

Upon posting a review of this company I received an email apologizing for the mistake (for almost burning my house down) with the owner stating he would do what it would take to make it right. We asked for his license to do electrical and never heard back. We have been unable to find any license information for this company or the owner.

Being new to the area and just purchasing our home I had no clue who to call to hang our 5 tv’s and hook up all of our audio video. Well I am sure glad I went with the highest rated company in the area on Unilocal!Ryan and his crew were on time and even called 15 min prior to arrival. These guys were very professional and did a great job. All the wires were hidden and Ryan moved the power sources to make for a really clean installation. Everything was explained and the service was very reasonable. Ryan even saved me money on a few components and told me a few things I didn’t really need to spend money on. In the days of poor service and people overcharging for everything it’s really refreshing to have a company that does it the right way. I highly recommend Elliot’s to anyone in the area that needs help with audio video. Great company that does great work!

I just moved into a new house and wanted 2 TVs mounted. Based on the good Unilocal reviews, I called EAV and had a great experience. Jake got a sense of what I was looking for over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next morning and came with Ryan. I ended up doing more than I expected but they did not up-​sell me at all. They just explained some additional (better) options available without any pressure. I’m glad they did. The TVs look great, the wiring and devices are totally concealed, and they did it at a very fair price. Great job. Highly recommended…

My husband and I purchased 2 new flatscreen TVs during a sale, over the Christmas holidays. We came across Elliott’s Audio Video add on CraigsList and called them to discuss installing the TVs on our walls. From the very beginning we found the people at Elliott’s Audio Video to be very helpful and were able to give us service the same day we called. The two gentleman who came to our house and installed the TVs were very professional and did an outstanding job mounting the TVs on the walls. If you are looking for a professional company that does a great job, we’d highly recommend the service from this company! In fact, a relative of ours came over to the house this afternoon and will be calling EAV to install a TV on their wall.
