I really appreciate that he was willing to take time to explain all of the very tricky concepts and made the process very smooth. Friendly attitude, very reasonable rates. Great customer service, and refreshingly honest advice. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors as a result.

I have been in the insurance world for over 20 years as a claims professional. I’ve had several insurance companies over the years in the many states in which I’ve lived. HOWEVER, by far I am very impressed with the coverage we’ve gotten with Farm Bureau. Moreover, my husband and I are even more impressed with our agent, Gino, and his staff for the amazing service we receive. We have a business, several vehicles, 2 homes and a need for a lot of liability. Whenever we have a question or want to review our coverages, we just call.
The rates may be more than some other companies, but the peace of mind in knowing that #1 we have amazing coverage and #2 that the service is never going to be bad is worth every single penny.
Our agent has explained every little coverage detail to us within our policy and when he didn’t have an answer due to an obscure situation specific to our needs, he took the time to find the answer for us. He was prompt, courteous and more helpful than any other agent I’ve ever had.
We think Gino is the bomb! Highly recommend him for all of your insurance needs!!!

First of all, I would like to state that I created a membership to Unilocal solely for the reason of reviewing this business.
My wife and I have been with Farm Bureau for many years now and we are always surprised, every month, for one reason or another. It could be a random rate increase; a lapse in coverage notice even though we have been in constant communication on changing our policy; or even a «I’m trying to help you out, and I ran your credit without your authorization and you now have to pay MORE.» I will tell you who he helps… himself. Period.
To explain: We changed our coverage (not without a fight) to reduce some things and have been in constant communication with his office. In fact, we spoke with them yesterday to determine the new monthly amount because we had not received a bill. On the same day, much to our surprise, we received a «lapse in coverage» notice because we hadn’t paid yet. Do you think this was even mentioned on the phone to us? NO. Why was there a lapse? Because we never received the final «new» amounts we were required to pay. Period.
To explain: We received an e-​mail that said «I told you I was going to look out for you and have your back, so before the law changed, I ran your credit and your payment is going to have to increase.» Again I say, who is he helping?
The ONLY reason we stay with Farm Bureau is because the rate, despite being changed every month, is a good one. That is all. Oh, and Debbie, the receptionist is very pleasant and always helpful.
Would I recommend this business? Absolutely not.
