This was the worst experience I had at a spa. It was very disorganized and I feel like I was robbed of my money. My nails simply got painted(including the skin around my nails and my cuticles) no filing was done or evening out of nails or trimming nails. She did not even put a base coat on. I was charged $ 20. Not worth it at all. I could have done a better job myself. The massage on the other hand was amazing! Very relaxing and felt amazing.

This is the only place in Brighton that is truly a full-service salon right now. I could not find any other place that had both a masseuse and a nail tech. The masseuse was amazing! The nail techs called ahead to ask what our bachelorette party of five wanted before hand. I told them I didn’t know and asked that they be prepared. Day of, the bride decided she wanted acrylic… her nail tech was not prepared.
When I went to pay I said I was covering myself and the bride(who was wearing a t shirt that said bride). I got charged for a bridesmaid instead. This seemingly simple mistake caused a half hour of confusion that resulted in us being late for the rehearsal dinner. A relaxing day turned stressful really fast.

This doesn’t list them as a hair salon — but it is. I went in and saw Millie with a vague idea of wanting a new hairstyle. I went from a long bob to a short hair do. It was one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. Millie really listened and styled it in a way that flatters my face. I didn’t give it a five star rating because the facility itself is outdated and could use a good sprucing up. Very nice people working there though.
