I’m giving the coveted 5 star review because of the service. I called on a Thursday to get my screen fixed, they had to order the part. I got a call later that day that they already had the part. Took it in Friday and it was fixed in 2 hours. Very nice man that helped me and he even looked at my daughter’s phone without hesitation. I would refer them without question…

There isn’t much to go on here other than efficiency and professionalism, great in both cases. I took a Samsung Captivate (the original Galaxy) in for a simple cleaning as it’d been a beach phone and had sand in it. Brent told me I could have it back in two hours for $X. Upon return, the phone was indeed done, he only charged me $Y as «It wasn’t really that bad», saving me about 30% of the cost. His selection of protective cases had just come in and he had a lot of them to choose from. If I need anything at all for my current S3, I’ll bring it here first. Sharp establishment, sharp owner. These are the kinds of businesses that stay around for years.
