Wait time was short. My whole experience was great. I was having chest pain. I knew it was respiratory. I was treated and was feeling a lot better by the next day. Great alternative to the ER. I ended up taking my son in for the same symptoms and he has asthma. Also, a hard time breathing. He was having chest pain. The physician Assistant wanted to perform a strep test. I did ask for a second opinion and the Dr opted for the same treatment I got. A steroid shot, nebulizer and antibiotics. Which helped my son out a lot.

If you have a BlueCross BlueShield insurance, do NOT go. I had ear infection, so really wanted to see a doctor right away. When I walked up to the front desk and showed my insurance and ID, the receptionist or technician told me my insurance was out of state, so it would be $ 116 as a co pay. I asked the lady «BlueCross» would be considered as the out of state insurance again, and her answer was the same, so I decided to try other urgent care. I thought BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois was not limited only in Illinois.
Luckily, other urgent care accepted my insurance with just regular co pay. I won’t go back there again.

My last visit was for a DOT medical card renewal exam. It was a very thorough and comfortable experience. Very friendly staff made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I very much enjoy my visits. I have yet to wait longer than 10 minutes which I think is amazing!

I’ve been here four times in the past 2 years and they are the rudest doctors and receptionists I’ve ever met. They seem to think your bothering them from their social hour here. Tonight I was seen and their receptionist would be fired if she was my employee. Horrible horrible girl. Does not deserve a decent job she should work at the jail then she might have a reason to treat people the way she does! Will not be back

I was very happy and loved the happy cheerful staff even though I was not. Dr. Kristie was fabulous and very caring.
Not that I want to be sick or hurt, but certainly would look forward to their care and concern if I was.
I was totally impress that they actually called me the day after to make sure I was doing better and to be sure I didn’t need anything. Now that my friends if 5 star customer service

I love this place and have only had positive experiences the two times I had to visit. Anita Burge is an awesome provider and I love her sense of humor along with being very thorough and professional.

This urgent care center is amazing. I’ve never been to such a nice, clean, friendly, and speedy urgent center. I checked in online, received texts to update me when I should check in and a friendly call a couple days later to check up on my well being. You have 72 hrs to return IF your health is getting worse and will not have to pay a co-​pay.

My daughter split her chin open during ice skating lessons on a Wednesday night and we arrived about 8pm. While we did have to wait about 20 minutes to be seen with no one else there, they were great with her and really put her at ease. We did sign up ahead of time, but there was no one there in front of us. Not sure why the 20 minute wait (after paperwork was done), but the care she received was excellent, especially for a 7 year old little girl.

Nothing is URGENT about this place. I was a walk in for persistent abdominal cramping and vomiting. The nurse or aid, or whomever took a urine sample to rule out pregnancy. They came back in 5 minutes later and said I had a UTI, they’d send a prescription in and to take AZO for my nausea. I never saw a doctor or even a nurse possibly. Two hours later they still had not called in my prescription, I was vomiting every 20 minutes and could feel my own dehydration. I called them to see if I could come back for an IV drip. I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally decided to just go back to the clinic. I was then told to resign in and the doctor would see me in 45 minutes. I left and went to the hospital. While in the hospital I was finally notified by the pharmacy that my prescription would be ready in two days. Also, the on call doctor at the hospital said he didn’t see anything in my urine to indicate a UTI, it was only after a CAT scan that they found my bladder to be severely inflamed.
This place is bullshit. Don’t waste your time. Go to the ER.

We have been using this Urgent Care for over year now. Sadly recently we have started having the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Urgent Care. Called to speak with a supervisor and no one ever called me back, 3 weeks later. My business is going elsewhere at this point. So sad because now I have to drive out of my way for care, when is office is right next door. Starts with the leadership and trickles down, I will be calling again and asking for leadership outside of location. Doctors for the most part are great, but why waste your time dealing with poor lead front office and 1 horrible PA when I can give my money to someone else.

Scheduled an appointment online to get X-​Rays for a shoulder injury I suffered last night. When I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment the desk attendant said it would be 1 ½ hour wait. I don’t feel that is reasonable for a system that schedules appointments. The attendant told me The wait was not because of pressing emergencies in front of me, it was because they didn’t have enough staff working.

Beware of time investment!
I signed in online, showed up 10 minutes early, waited about 40 minutes to get called back, then about 20 – 30 for the nurse — who ordered flu and strep tests, then Another 20 – 30 for the guy to come do the swabs,
Then another 20 for the results/​diagnosis and scripts. I can’t believe it took 2 hours out of my day for a simple confirmed flu diagnosis. My kids doctors office does that on 20 flat. Not to mention I was in that room for an hour or so coughing, sneezing, blowing my nose — I kept using sanitizer but still. I felt bad and hoped no one else caught the flu from me being in there.
The online checkin process only reserves you a spot in line. Then when you get to the office you check in on the tablet and that gets you «bumped» to the top of the list to get called back. Just be aware of the time investment — and know it’s not an appointment time. Still better than waiting in the ER waiting room and some of the wait can be done at home which is nice.
I will say all of the staff was very nice and friendly, the office has a cozy feel to it. I will go back in a pinch. But next time I will communicate expectations of the tests, waiting periods and time frames.

This place is fantastic! I was at the airport when I realized I forgot an important prescription. Shannon was incredibly helpful and arranged for me to get a few days of my medication at a pharmacy in Arizona. I highly recommend this facility. They are helpful and professional!

Very impressed with this medical group! Shannon was so thorough and caring, and Josh was very professional and concerned. I was seen at my own medical practice on ¹¹⁄₁₅ (did not see my own doctor) and did not get any where near the attention I received at this facility. Do not hesitate to use Advanced Urgent Care… they will treat you right!
