This place is pretty interesting. The staff was amazing because they’re funny and helpful. There’s not many juice bars in Brooklyn but when I found this place I was excited. I asked for something green and healthy and he recommended something with apple, celery, spinach, kale, ginger, and wheat grass. I liked the first half of it but the second half iunno. I know it’s supposed to taste like juice but if it had more pulp of spinach and kale and maybe some ice in it I think it would’ve been really delicious. Overall I give this place 10⁄10 because of great service and everything was so clean in there. Would definetly visit again

Ordered here for the first time, one of my colleague recommended this place. she discovered this through seamless. i ordered grilled salmon and grilled veggie $ 13. The price is decent. not outrageous at all for a good healthy plate of fresh food. I will definitely order here again. The food was very delicious and fresh!

So– I live across the street from this business, and I go there often for their green juices. And, being something of a juice connoisseur, I can say the juice blends are really clean tasting and mixed really well. They always have a range of cool music playing, and everything seems spotless. Denis and Vlad are really cool guys, there everyday, and when they deliver, they go to great lengths to keep the juices sealed up in the to go containers. I’ve also had their sandwiches– my fav being the pressed salmon sandwich which is absolutely delicious with capers and on a really delicious bread. Personally, I think $ 6.50 for a high quality 16oz juice is really on point. I know another place in the area which charges a bit less but you can taste the difference in the quality! So, I think any 1-star reviews on Unilocal simply must be fake, or from competing businesses. Def try this place!

This is the hottest new spot in the neighborhood. #1 The Food Is Natural & as fresh as it gets! #2 They have an certain ambiance that no one in Brighton Beach Has… #3 The Foody Revolution has begun You Need to Stop By & Order Something. They are right next door to UFC Gym on Brighton 11th across from Oacleys Car Wash. (you wont regret it)

I’ve had a pleasant experience at this place today. I ordered a smoothie which came out very delicious. While waiting for my smoothie at the bar, I ordered a tuna melt sandwich with curly fries to go. The food was very good, I couldn’t complain, and the stuff at the bar was very nice and accommodating.

Ordered take out from this Café today for the first time. The food quality is very poor, The place is advertised as Organic café and restaurant but the food is more like Chinese store next door. The chicken did not even have meat texture. When I asked to speak to the manager the hostess said she will relay my message. I called back again and once more the manager refused to come to the phone to address my concerns. The prices are pretty high as well. I even told them I don’t need my money back that I just want to let them know that this level of food is unacceptable. I am deeply upset by this customer service and would advise people to stay away at all cost. Considering that this is a new establishment they certainly are not interested in staying in business! Yuck…

Passion Juice, a smoothie and juice bar, recently opened in the Brighton Beach area. These words alone are worth celebrating, in the otherwise greasy, fattening Russian cuisine mecca. Walking by, you can’t really tell if it’s open or not, the store front is very dark, which leads me to believe that it’s a front for a different type operation. Joking aside, they can do more to promote their existence. An electronic board scrolling words across the window won’t really bring in the customers. It seems to be connected to the«spa» next door, literally, there’s a door that connects the two establishments. I noticed staff going between the two places, treating the café like a hangout spot rather than a place of employment. This may account for the very accomodating, yet, slow service. __ I went to Passion Juice last week with a friend to try out the smoothies. They are a little on the pricey side, upwards of $ 5, but are delicious and inventive. I had one that tasted like a Bloody Mary sans the alcohol [it included tomato, garlic, cucumber, etc.]. I also had a latte which was accompanied by a sugar crystal stick. There is a large tea selection, from fruity and herbal to more traditional flavors. My friend had a large pot of tea [we got at least 4 or 5 cups out of it]. One thing I noticed is that all the beverages are served in really nice glassware which counters the very casual atmosphere of the place. I do like the fact that there’s outlets at every booth. I haven’t determined if there’s wifi, free or otherwise. The bill came to about $ 25, which seems a little much for two smoothies, a latte, and a pot of tea*. Regardless, I think this is an establishment the area needs. It looks like a good place to sit with a book and read or do some school work. __ *I haven’t tried the food yet, so TBD.
