Description

Specialties

Brightech provides an objective visual, non-invasive inspection of a house’s structure and systems (includes the roof, exterior, basement or crawlspace, foundation, interior, HVAC, plumbing, attic, insulation, ventilation and electrical).

The scope of the inspection is to report on all of the major deficiencies and safety concerns that affect the habitability of the home. For ALL of my inspections, I include a Complementary Thermal Imaging Scan to be used as an examination tool to assist me in my assessments (i.e. water intrusion, air leakage, insulation voids etc).

I am a Fully Insured and a Certified Inspector, and proud member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). I also abide by InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I will perform an unbiased inspection with the utmost quality and integrity.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim B.

Business Owner

Being a Maine native, I take pride in calling this great state my home and I’m glad that you are going to be calling it your home too. Maine truly is one of a kind. Honestly, I love what I do as I get to meet new people like yourself and see every part of this magnificent state everyday.

When I am not inspecting, I am also a volunteer Firefighter on the Bridgton Fire Department. It is a challenging, yet rewarding. I love being able to help my fellow residents and surrounding community members. I would encourage everyone that has ever thought about joining their department to do so.

My qualifications include over ten years of experience in the building industry, over five years as a facilities maintenance technician for Maine’s largest commercial building and owning a small business doing general contracting. I attribute many of my building skills to working hand and hand with my father who is a Master Carpenter. On top of completing hundreds of hours of building inspection training
