Specialties

Our Roast Beef is slow roasted in house daily and shaved fresh ever morning. The turkey and ribs are also prepared in our kitchen and do not come already cooked from our vendor. If you haven’t tried our BBQ pulled pork, you really should. We pull it by hand after it has slow cooked for hours. All of our seafood is delivered fresh every three days and is lightly fried to perfection.

We’ve been driving by this place for so long and finally wanted to give it a shot. We were not disappointed! Trivia cards on the table to help waiting time go by faster, $ 1 draft beers, and delicious roast beef sandwiches! Horseradish sauce is a must! Will definitely be coming back– spotted someone’s nachos and they looked amazing! Very reasonable prices and friendly, attentive staff!

I always enjoy the food and the service.
The onion rings are legendary. The burgers are huge and delicious.
Good draft beer selection.
The seafood has always been good also.
I know it doesn’t look like much on the outside but the bar and dining room are very clean and bright.

Beef and Ski is probably one of the best restaurants in the Bridgton area. Sherry Flanigan, owner, is very friendly and accommodating to her customers. Sherry makes the Best!!! Cheeseburger in the whole state of Maine. All the food is fresh and prepared to order. All the staff are very friendly. And don’t forget karaōke on Friday nights. A worthwhile place to visit

I got the ski Mac attack burger They told me it was the last one they they were running as a special I hope it is the last one they sell ever the beef seems to be not present and the lettuce looked to be month old and the bun was beond soggy as well as the fries

I love Beef & Ski! It is the best named sandwich shop in Bridgeton! I like to ask before I order about the status of the beef that day. I was once disappointed when my Big Beefah came out well done. Otherwise, I love that sandwich with a side of horseradish and one of jus. It’s pretty perfect! Also — onion rings. Do it.
Staff is always friendly and on point. Please go there — l always get nervous that its not going to be around next summer!
