AWFUL COMPANY. DISRESPECTFUL OWNER. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
My daughter was in an accident and it took Value Towing about 2 hours to deliver my car 4.8 miles. After several calls I finally got my car and they wanted to charge me $ 175.00. Are you kidding me???
When I told them this was unacceptable because we waited so long, the owner started to argue with me then DEMANDED I pay him cash or he would take my car back to his yard. It was late at night and I didn’t have cash available, his professional response was too bad load the car. The driver felt bad about the situation and he said he would accept my credit card.
Then the owner called my daughter who was hurt and upset and then yelled at her saying that I was being ridiculous and overreacting. There is no reason for a business owner to ever treat a customer in such an outrageous way.
This has NOTHING to do with money considering I’ll be reimbursed through my insurance. This is purely about how the company conducts its business and principle.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
