I understand car shopping is not everyone’s favorite thing to do and not everyone has a good experience. But I have to say, Greg Fiorino was a fantastic salesman. He listened to everything that I wanted/​needed out of a car. He spent the time with me, understandably car shopping does take some time, but he was very patient with me. He was not pushy and did not give the normal song and dance that you normally get when you go to a dealership. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. I like the fact that he gives you his cell number, so in case anything goes wrong, I have questions, or even want to refer someone, I can contact him personally and not wait around for a phone call back if I had to rely on someone to take my message. I would suggest Greg to anyone who is looking for a new or even a preowned… which I bought and love!!!

«Salesman won’t stop calling, holding a $ 3,000.00 deposit.»
I went in to purchase a new car and signed a preliminary contract to purchase a vehicle, I gave a $ 3,000.00 deposit, which I was told would be refunded if the offer wasn’t accepted.
The next day I called and cancelled as the price was well over the market value. I instructed the salesman to issue a refund of my deposit and to stop calling myself and my girlfriend. The salesman told my girlfriend she had to come in to sign the paperwork to initiate the refund (this was not true, he just wanted to get her back in to sell a car), but she went in and signed the required paperwork as requested.
It has been 10 days and the refund still has not been processed. Also, the salesman is still calling trying to sell us something, even after we told him we purchased an Audi A6. I called and tried to get a Sales Manager on the phone to resolve the issue, but I was put into voice mail 4 times.
We now had to create a dispute with our credit card company to get our deposit back.
Buyer beware!

Mercedes-​Benz of Bridgewater has absolutely no concept of customer service or ethics. My father had referred me to MB Bridgewater as he had purchased 4 different vehicles from them in the past, the most recent being in May/​June 2015. Brent (salesman he last worked with) contacted me to discuss what I was looking for. I sent him a link to a vehicle they had in their inventory and told him I wanted to work out a deal with that car. Brent was pleasantly aggressive, reassuring me we would work out a deal and I wouldn’t leave empty handed. I went in on September 30^th after work, and he had a car pulled up and ready to go. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the car I had inquired about — it was actually one I hadn’t seen online, but ended up liking more. We went for a test drive and I told Brent I wanted my father to join so we could finalize. While waiting for my father and looking at the car (which happened to be parked next to the one I had originally inquired about), another salesman, Michael Vurchio, came out to ask me if I had the keys to the car. I explicitly told him I was working on a deal with Brent and that he could not take or sell that car. He completely disregarded this and proceeded to get the keys and take another customer (who had walked in after I had been there) on a test drive. Within 5 minutes of returning from the test drive he had the sales manager over at his desk to approve the deal with these other customers. I reported this incident to the General Manager, Michael Tedesco, the next day who ‘understood’ why I would be frustrated, but made NO attempt to find resolution. It has been over a month now and there has been NO interest from Michael Tedesco to right the wrong. I cannot explain how unprofessional and disrespectful this all was. Michael Vurchio is a greedy sleaze-​ball who only cares about HIS commission and HIS wallet. I am blown away that there are positive reviews about Michael Vurchio on Google, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if he paid off customers to leave a review about him on Google. He probably bribes his clients with discounts in order to get any good reviews.
Overall, I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and professionalism I experienced by everyone involved. If you want to work with an unethical, selfish coward, then by all means go take a visit to Open Road Mercedes-​Benz in Bridgewater and work with Michael. I would NEVER refer anyone to this dealership. If you’re looking for a Mercedes-​Benz, take the ride up to Nanuet and visit the MB dealership there where they actually value their customers and treat them with respect and decency.

What a great experience working with Michael Vurchio, he is the best if you decide to buy a Mercedes Benz, work with him he is very patient and attentive. Also even once I purchased my car he still followed up to make sure I was familiar with all of the options. If your going to buy a Benz got to Michael Vurchio.

I was here twice and had a pretty good experience here with the sales department. For my initial visit, I dealt with Rob S., my salesperson. He was pretty knowledgeable and, based on my research before arriving, I think we struck a fair price. For my second visit to pick up the car, Rob was not available that day so he had arranged for his colleague Keith R. to walk me through the closing. Keith was very detailed and patient and showed us many of the features. They sent me my plates and registration in the mail about two weeks after the closing. Both Rob and Keith were pretty responsive throughout the process. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend that you ask for Rob S. and Keith R.

My Infinity Lease was coming to and end and my dealer never called me back, so decided it was time to change companies. Walked in to Open road Mercedes and was greeted fairly quickly by Michael Vurchio. After test driving several cars we didn’t have time to stay and wanted to test drive a car that was only on the showroom, Michael offered to remove the car and for us to return Monday to drive it, which we did. At no point did I feel pressured or obligated as many sales man try to do to you. He gave us his cell and told us if we had questions we could call or text. After our laundry list of what we wanted and did not want, he told us they did not have a vehicle on the lot but he would look for one. 2 weeks later i got exactly what i wanted! He found and got the car from another state slapped a bow on it and got me a teddy bear and a pen. I’m slightly spoiled. He did forget some major details from our first meeting to when we picked up the car, like I had one payment left on the lease, which at the first meeting he said they would take care of, Even though he didn’t remember they did end up honoring everything that was agreed upon the first round.
Todd Caruso the «business» financial guy who makes you sign over your first born was/​is a Prick. he spoke down to us, was degrading and spoke to my husband and I like we were stupid. I actually got up and walked out due to the overwhelming desire to tell him off or punch him in his smug face.
After that nonsense was done. Michael gave us the walkthrough of the car, very thorough! I did miss one or two things and had to text him the next day after answering all my question he told me i could even come back to go over the car again if i wanted to. That says a lot to me, that even after the deal is done he was still very willing to help. Over all a very pleasant experience and look forward to doing another deal with Michael in 3 years when my lease is up.

These guys were great about working through a shipping issue I had (my fault) and very responsive and communicative in the process. Two thumbs up.

Purchased my vehicle out of state and needed to have it serviced at a location convenient to me. The appointment process for my first visit to Open Road Mercedez Benz was a time saver and was made on-​line. When I arrived, I found the staff to be courteous, friendly, expedient, knowledgeable and professional.
The staff members I spoke to were also good listeners and communicated to me about my car in terms that were understandable to me. This is important because I am not a «car person.» This is important to me because prior trips to other dealerships were a bit of a disappointment because the advisers I dealt with were either rude or obnoxious.
I would definitely recommend ORMB to others for service.

SALES — I recently had a very good sales experience with this dealership. I feel like I got a fair price and the car is Certified so under warranty for the next few years. I highly recommend that if you are going to own a Mercedes you need to have one that is under warranty — trade the car in before the warranty expires and try to buy a Certified Preowned vehicle that comes with a 5 year warranty from date of original titling or lease them so that they are under warranty. These are one of the best brands you can own if you care about safety.
Also, avoid all R-​class vehicles — they are junk!

Bought a GLK 4 years ago, was pleased with the sales process and I have been quite pleased with their service ever since. From free car washes and changes of light bulbs to a loaner for oil changes. Not one need for warrantee. Free Bagels and coffee, as well as internet while you wait. I would buy from here again and will go nowhere else for service.

The salesman had an attitude and pushed me to buy the car only 10 minutes after I walked into the dealership, constantly asking if I’m buying today. And when I decided not to buy today because they didn’t have the model i asked for, I told him to let me know when they have new cars come into stock, he said «I don’t think so». I was like WTH? Never doing business with open road ever again.

I can only speak to the purchasing experience and suggest you Triple check the details on a car listing, what’s on the web for instance a pre-​owned might list on the web a back-​up camera but not actually have one in the car, the mileage listed maybe much higher, I was Quoted in an email a car has low 12,000 miles, and the web advertised «Only 12,600 miles!» just before picking it up, it had over 13,250!
I also didnt make the best decision just before walking out the door, and bought The additional protections on the car, tire, ding, theft, I had complete buyer remorse. A bonus, thinking I am the dummy that agreed and signed for it, they called me and offered to redo the entire agreement and take off these extras that I really didnt want. thats above and beyond! thanks to Joel Kraus, for offering to do this and ensuring I was comfortable with my decisions/​purchase. That did make me feel like they care about me as a customer and they do want me to be satisfied with the purchase and the experience.

My family and I have purchased many cars from this Mercedes-​Benz Dealership. They have always been great, when looking and purchasing. The service department is excellent, but, they don’t have a body shop. You can always get a loaner, and the waiting room and show room are nice. Great cars, great people, great service department and good prices.

«Meh…I’ve experienced better»…sums it up perfectly. I gave 2 stars because it’s fun to look at the shiny new cars in the showroom. Other than that, this dealership is way below average. The service department is poor. I was happy to trade in my S550 4MATIC and switch to a BMW. I think the MB brand is way over rated, and miles behind BMW in many respects. My .02…

I visited this dealership this past weekend to purchase pre-​owned Mercedes. If I could give a negative star rating for this dealership I would. Bottom line is they clearly could have cared less whether I purchased the car with them or not. I always thought Mercedes dealers treated you like royalty and ensured you were happy with your purchase before leaving. I have heard stories of customers receiving bouquets of flowers thanking them for their purchase, courtesy phone calls to gauge satisfaction and other customer service gestures. Before I left, my salesman Michael didn’t so much as give me his business card or offer his assistance for future questions, etc. In fact, he was the most ambivalent car salesperson I have ever come across. The manager John was nice but also completely could not give a rat’s tail about my satisfaction as a customer. Even when minimally negotiating price, he did not return to talk to me after his final offer and left the impression that the could care less whether I purchased with them or not. Before I left I asked my salesman Michael if the manual was in the car and he assured me yes. After I started having some issues on the road after leaving and reached for the manual I saw that instead in the glove box was a brochure!
In essence, I drove 200 miles from my home location for this purchase only to be treated like a nobody and regretting my dealer choice. Before buying this vehicle, I test drove a Volvo right down the street and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect which further validated my customer service concerns with Open Road. My salesman at the Volvo location was the most friendly and helpful person you’d ever want to deal with. Also, they let me test drive the care alone and told me to take as long as I wanted unlike Open Road. I have a terrible feeling right now about my Mercedes purchase and it’s 99.5% due to my experience at Open Road. Top notch customer service commonly known to most Mercedes dealerships is a complete ANOMALY there. If you are set on purchasing a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and find a great Mercedes dealership (with good reviews) and avoid this one.
