I don’t write a lot of reviews, but credit is due here. We moved from NJ and had to do a short sale for our house. My accountant, at the time, did all of the following: (1) asked me to hire a tax attorney ($$$) (2) Charged me $ 600 for taking a seminar on how to do accounting for short sales (3) Charged me a lot of money for making calls to the IRS to try to figure out how to handle a short sale. In the end, she still didn’t know how to do the taxes for a short sale. I called K & G at the recommendation of someone, and they answered all of my questions in 2 minutes and got the tax prep finished promptly. BTW, the person who referred me to K & G is pretty meticulous, and she sold me on them when she said they were THE guys to have tax work completed by… she said they are the best she’s ever had or has worked with professionally.
