History

Established in 1983.

Begun as a small preschool in a church basement, Joyful Learning/​Southbrook Academy has grown into a pre-​K through 8^th grade school where all children are given individual attention by exceptional, dedicated teachers. The school has grown over the years without losing the strong sense of community and family for which it is so well known.

Business Owner

Jennifer Berry began her career in education in 2001 as a high school Social Studies teacher. She has taught American and World History, as well as AP Psychology and Child Development. She has always loved working with children, babysitting since the age of thirteen. Jennifer is thrilled to be applying her skills as an educator, as well as her love of children, at such a remarkable school
