They r the most dishonest & unprofessional people I’ve ever seen,
I think they should go back to school because they have no idea what the customer service & customer satisfaction mean … They give u a price on a job & when u pick up the car only God knows why the price got jacked up …
They think they r the only guys who knows about cars, u know it is sad that these guys make other good mechanics looks bad, I called them yesterday & I told the man who answered the phone what I need to be done & he told me to bring it in today, when I got there after driving 25 miles he said that we can’t fix it till we repair other things that would cost me $ 2000, they crazy if they people will fall for this.

Went to have a tire patched and or replaced. They didn’t confirm my number so they were calling the wrong number all day to get permission to change to tire rather than patch it. I come back 6 hours later and my car is still up in the air. They ask to replace it because it was beyond a patch. I agree to that. Then the person at the counter says my front tires have low treads and I should really replace them. Funny story is I work in the transportation industry and know what a low tread is and I just had my car looked at somewhere else and they just told me a month ago I had at least another year on them. I told the guy at the counter this and he was speechless. Really? Your going to try to pull a fast one on me. So angry at the dishonesty and sneakiness! Will NEVER return.

I experienced many lights coming on my dash board so I opened the hood and noticed the serpentine belt had broke so I called a tow truck. When it arrived I showed the driver the belt and he wrote a note to leave with my keys at Wilrie. When they called for me to pick up the car they said it was the serpentine belt and told me what the price was. I said WOW that seems a little high for a belt and the manager told me «WELL THERE IS A $ 89.00 DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE» I replied WTF ! I told the manager you did get the note with the keys describing the belt and he replied yes. I said then you should replace the belt 1^st, and if the dash lights are still on then run a diagnostic test. I feel I was RIPPED OFF and I will NEVER go there again NOR will I EVER recommend any one to them.

Had a bad review for pepboys. I decided to come here and the service was great. They were able to get me taken care of in a timely manner. I need some other service done and the gave me a free estimate with out asking. I recommend this tire store to anyone. I’m definitely going to be a long time customer.

After a problem with a service done. Bi-​passed the service manager and spoke to the store manager, this man got everything taken care of. He looks out for his customer, fixed the problem and fallowed up on it. thanks Dave.

They’re terribly dishonest and expensive. They charge outrageously for minor things like investigating the cause for the check engine light (what they charge is around what it costs to buy the device to check it yourself). They also like to make up problems for your car to bring in extra revenue.

My family used them for years and every time they took a car in for something even minor it would always be $ 700+ repair bill. THEN they would point out other stuff. We tried a few other mechanics and finally found a reasonable one. Steer clear of these guys.
