Before I do the review, I want to let you know they changed the name of this business to:
iDeal Auto Center LLC
Don’t use this place! My kid’s car broke down right in front of their shop. The engine died completely (we already knew it was dying). They charged $ 120 for a tow and diagnosis. They offered to forget the charges if the kid would sell the vehicle to them for the $ 120. Fortunately, we had the sense to call a wrecker and received much more money for the car. Their office stinks to high heaven from cigarette smoke. Don’t waste you time or money here.

This site was called by the police officers to tow my vehicle involved in an accident. The called me to tell me to decide quickly where to tow my car and that I needed to decide quick as my bill was adding up quickly. Then, they did not allow my family to retrieve their belongings before they took the car. The next day, our insurance rep approved the claim and still, they refused to allow belongings to be taken until payment was processed. I was not asking for the car, but our belongings. They gave my insurance a hard time too. This occurred on a Friday and we were required to await until Monday to call them, hoping it will be resolved and we can take our sutff.
If I could, I’d say no stars and definitely do not recommend the place for anything.
