Enzenberger & Mitchell

I came here last week in hopes of finding a decent used vehicle as they sell used vehicles, aside from repairing them. I was looking for a decent 4×4 of some kind and told the front desk lady that my budget was at around 3 grand. Immediately without hesitation, she starts telling me that everybody wants the best of the best and only want to pay a little. She said she has nothing for me. Way to push $$ business away. Very crass and rude right from the start. She proceeded to tell me that if I’d like to wait 15 minutes and talk to «dad» that I could. I told her I see no point in waiting to speak to her dad because she just finished telling me she has nothing for me. I told her I’d rather not waste his time or mine. So I left, with all the cash I came in with. I wound up buying a Dodge Durango 98′ elsewhere in fantastic condition with only 84k miles on it for $ 2600.
So this might be the place to go to if you have a lot of money to fork over to a daughter & daddy duo who treat customers like crap. Well the daughter does, I didn’t stick around to meet the dad.

Customer service and quality work at a fair price. What a great business model! I usually do not write reviews but I just had to after my dealings with the wonderful staff and service I received at Enzenberger and Mitchell after my accident. I highly recommend this company and if I ever need to return I absolutely will.
