Brought my mower in for repairs they said they’d contact me before they did any work to it & give me a time frame of when it might be completed. Needless to say they never did that, so I was out of s mower for 2 weeks. Then when I picked it up the problem was not fixed, it was still smoking badly, they handed me a bill for 600 $ and basically said pay or we keep ur mower till u do. They also added on sum extra parts that I had just ordered from them a few weeks earlier that they said were bad example fuel filter & fuel lines. Any body who knows mowers knows these parts don’t go bad in a few weeks. They are a rip off and if I could find parts for my mower anywhere else I’d be done dealing with them for good!
